I used to take just Milk Thistle, but this brand and make up to me is far better, not just for the maintenance and good health of liver but also pancreas and helps cholesterol. All natural too. Very happy

Phooweee!! Would not buy again
Jury is out on how well they work but boy do they reek to high heaven!!! Stand well back when opening..... They really stink, I will be returning to my previous brand which did not smell at all and worked just fine.
