We loved this cream, went on an excursion whilst in the Dominican, perfect and safe to use in their beautiful seas. It’s non greasy, easily applied and doesn’t feel heavy on your skin.

Not sticky at all. Smells fine too

As a pale Irish skinned family the factor 50 was a staple growing up. It's usually like applying a thick layer of bitumen to your face that, try as you may, never rubs in. This stuff is great to apply, beautiful scent and easily absorbed into the skin without leaving white streaks or oily residue. Most importantly though it just works. Didn't burn whilst using it despite being in 32° heat of Indian ocean.

Lovely sunscreen, sinks into the skin without leaving a white cast. Has a pleasant gentle scent.

Terrible, do not purchase this product! If possible I would return it. I WAS LATE IN DISCOVERING THE ADVERSE EFFECTS of one specific component which is very harmful. I found out that this product contains Octocrylene, used for absorbing UVB rays. However, this component cause serious reproduction and organ development problems. It has endocrine=Disruptive properties. Further, it is highly toxicological aquatic organisms and the list goes on. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PROCUCT. Possible the company will say the extent of this compound is small and will not harm you, I would not touch Banana Boat have ı known this information! AMAZON, I AM REALLY DISAPPOINTED THAT YOU GUYS ARE SELLING THIS SUNSCREEN AND SEVERAL OTHERS TO PUBLIC WHICH CONTAIN THE SAME COMPONENT. FUNNY, THERE ARE LESS CHEAPER SUNSCREENS THAT BANANABOAT AND WORKS BETTER AND DOES NOT CONTAIN SIMILAR HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

It is worrying when a product is advertised as not containing two unwanted ingredients but does contain the other unwanted ingredient. Honestly, leaving one out isn't something to shout about. Chemical absorbers, such as avobenzone, oxybenzone, and octinoxate, function by absorbing harmful ultraviolet (UV) rays from the sun and converting them into heat energy. Sunscreens that contain these ingredients can also have undesired interactions with fabrics, and cause fabric staining. Here I am trying to find a sunscreen that won't stain my clothes...saw the advert saying does not contain, and then find out it contains the final unwanted ingredient. Disappointing false marketing.
