I am borderline high blood pressure. I started using this and it surprisingly tastes like salt and you don’t need much at all. Great alternative for people who are watching sodium intake.

Good salt, all magnesium and no salt. Magnesium is very beneficial essential mineral for our body. So you're getting a good dose of magnesium in less than a quarter of a teaspoon mixed with water. Does not contain much in the small tube so need to buy 3 or more to last longer if you're using it everyday. Good stuff, doesn't taste like salt.
