You're body will feel better overall.
I love that there is so many different natural vitamins offered in this brand. Taking this everyday I had energy and I am not trying to get pregnant at the moment but keeping the body with the right nutrients. This is a good brand because it works and my lab work showed improvement in the vitamin areas that were low. So I will continue to use this brand and who knows maybe a little one in the future.

Worked best for me
This prenatal is the only one I tried (out of 5 total over 2 pregnancies) that I felt kept me feeling the best both physically and mentally. I had pregnancy brain pretty bad and I honestly felt this helped! My energy was a bit better as well. I tried other food based vitamins and this one was the best for the value and quality.

Cut down size and nutrition value
The previous product was good and have more minerals amount the one they said improved but not tablet only bottle!! Shame!

NOT VEGAN
pictures show bold letters saying "vegan" and new packaging, however the actual product is just vegetarian and contains milk, it took me a few weeks to figure out why I was fealing so sick.
