I bought this office chair on 3rd October 2025, received on 12th October and honestly, it’s been a game changer for my work setup. Super comfy to sit on for long hours, with just the right amount of cushioning—not too soft, not too hard. Got the Drogo Premium Ergonomic Office Chair, and I’m really happy with it. The comfort is excellent with good back lumbar support, smooth adjustments, and a nice seat cushion. Assembly was simple, and the overall build feels solid and premium. Definitely a great buy!

Chair Defect Within 6 Days of Use . I’m really disappointed with the chair quality. I ordered the ergonomic chair from Amazon and it was delivered on 20 January 2026. Within just 6 days of normal use, it has already started failing. The seat cushioning has collapsed in the middle and now it feels like I’m sitting on a flat hard surface. The spine support mesh is loose and it’s hitting/touching the plastic frame behind it. Because of this, I’m getting spinal/back pain. This is not what I expect from an “ergonomic” chair, and definitely not something that should happen in less than a week.

Review after using the chair for a week: I received the product in a well-packed box with no damage, and delivery was completed even before the expected date, which was a good start. Pros: Easy to install by yourself. Build quality feels solid. Mostly plastic material, Base is strong metal. Cons: The chair does not serve its main purpose — comfort. I am 5'6", and it feels uncomfortable to sit for long hours. The seat base fitting isn’t good; half of the seat behind the back stays empty, and the thigh area doesn’t extend properly. The neck support is poorly designed — instead of supporting the neck, it only reaches the lower part of the head, making it useless. No return policy, so once purchased, you’re stuck with it.
