This is the ideal size (250ml) for clearing both nostrils . Easy to fill and easy to use. The resulting debris from the nose is gross, but it works and that's the important thing. Good value for money I would say.

Great quality product. Easy to use. Small enough to take it either way you and big enough to do the job. Good value for money. Been struggling with blocked nose and stuffed sinus every winter. Which sometimes results in hearing loss. This is great tool to get breathing again

Does the job, but I feel the last 10% of water is not as easy to squeeze out as the rest. Ok for travelling, could do with a cheaper price though.

Very good kit. Never used one before, but soon got the hang of it. It really washed out my nasal passages! I felt so much better afterwards. Good value for money.

Really helpful for sinusitis and fairly good value. Not many saline packets supplied but bought more on Amazon. Others generally packaged with more. The plastic is very thin so it's difficult to hold if filling with boiled water, especially with a fairly small opening. Very easy to use though and the top button is very helpful to allow the water to flow gently.

Always struggled with a sinus infection after a severe cold/flu. Bought this awhile ago and have used it when I was all clogged up. Absolutely perfect for clearing you congestion and since I've been using it I have had no infections. Perfect.

Needed for nasty sinus congestion! This helps. Even if you’re not suffering, it’s quite a good habit to adopt to clear your nasal passages.
