I’m really happy with this chair. It was easy to assemble and feels very comfortable and supportive, especially for my back. The cushion is soft but firm enough, and the chair looks very nice and premium in my room. The height and armrests are adjustable and it rolls smoothly. I use it for work and long sitting hours and it has been great so far.

Great chair, though it had a rip when relieved, but I did not want to waste my time sending the product back after I opened. I like the adjustable height and comfyness of the chair.

UPDATE The company read the review and contacted me and they supplied a replacement, promptly. Received the new chair and so far so good after a couple of weeks. Comfortable and have had no issues with the operation and stability. If it holds up till summer I will revisit the review. Chair was / is comfortable - Locking handle keeps coming unlocked and it leans back, often and is now broken. I'm not a little gouy, 240, but when you lean back expecting it to not go all the way back that's enough to add to much stress on the back. Even with constantly checking I end up almost flipping out of the chair. Ergonomic Big and Tall is not really true, at all So if you are 150 or lower this might stay together longer than this one did.

J'ai fait venir ces chaises pour un ami. Excellent produit, bien fait et très confortable. Très utile car les bras de la chaise se lèvent pour permettre d'installer la chaise près de la table quand il s'agit de la remiser. Matériel de fabrication de qualité. De plus le prix était en spécial. Merci

An excellent heavy duty chair. Needs some assembly but good tools supplied and even some spare bolts and caps in case you lose or damage one. Very sturdy and good quality. Strongly recommend.
