LP-UNF Professional Ultra Near Field Studio Monitors with 3D Image Waveguide, 5.1 Bluetooth Connectivity, Touch-Sensitive Volume Slider and Boundary EQ Settings - Pair

I've been using these speakers for over 6 months now. I've connected them to a MOTU M4 and use them regularly for genres like rock, metal, prog, etc. Absolutely brilliant sound. They're a huge upgrade over my previous JBL 104. So I can definitely recommend them to anyone looking for studio monitors in the ~30K range. Some minor issues I've noticed: 1) My room isn't acoustic-treated, so there's quite a bit of bass build-up and resonance in certain frequencies. I fixed this the cheapest way by notching those particular frequencies in an EQ. 2) The bluetooth is a bummer. If I keep any devices connected to it, then my main audio from the laptop doesn't work. Multi-device connectivity is an absolute-must and something Kali should implement via a firmware upgrade. 3) The lack of a front grill terrifies me. I know it's common for most pro studio monitors to not have any grill, but there's a peace of mind with having a grill protect the speaker unit. Probably because I was used to the JBLs. These are personal and minor things and shouldn't affect most people. I've tried the Yamaha HS5 and this thing is way better value for money IMHO.

High quality product with super clarity for immersive critical listening. The dip switches are very handy and the connectivity options lets experience the magnificence just out of the box.

Just place them at an arms length and experience music like you've never heard before. As if the orchestra is personally playing just for me and right in front of me. Voice tones I've Never heard before in a song I've heard a thousand times. Bass lows rattling ear drums you're scared it would disturb others nearby. Honestly nothing short of miracle something this small can do this.Instant Stable bluetooth connection. The switches to adjust to your personal liking. I keep 1,2 upward to be perfect. Close your eyes and blindly go for it. Think of it as an investment for your invaluable pleasure of listening to good music.

The sound quality is top notch. Highly recommended for every beginner DJs and Producers.

Perfect for a noob, but built for a professional. Saw reviews online and purchased it, showed it off to an audio engineer friend of mine and he absolutely loved it too. It's a no brainer purchase for a desk setup it has spoilt me to the point I (a noob) criticize everyone else's monitor setups. This product has substantially improved my taste and appreciation for hifi audio setups :) If you want something better you will easily have to shell out twice as much. Reasons you may want a different product: 1. You want to add a subwoofer in the future - No sub out, probably still possible with a more intricate setup but idk 2. You're a professional sound engineer / producer - Still a great speaker but if you're a professional you probably have better budget to buy something a bit more expensive for bigger drivers. Downside 1. a bit u̶g̶l̶y̶ unaesthetic tbh, but eh performance def makes up for it!
