These use a standard Shimano lock-ring wrench. I used a TL FC-32 with a FC-25/FC-24 adapter.

Hello, I'm not sure of the thickness I would just assume that all Shimano rotors are the same thickness. As for the the minimum thickness, this is marked on the rotor as 1.5mm.

Q: Can I use this disc rotor with hydraulic disk brakes.

Yes ...although it depends on the rotor size ..ie 160mm / 180mm & how’s it’s actually attached to your hub. Some discs are bolted on (6 bolts) or some are slotted on to splines & held in place with a lockring. Best to check what’s currently on your bike at the moment.

Q: Does the screw down crown have the tool interface on the inside (internal) or outside (external), external can be tightened using a shimano bb tool

This is standard shimano locking ring fitting, as such you need the lock ring tool that is the same as used for shimano rear cassettes. It is NOT the BB tool but the cassette tool.
