These have great flavor, no after taste, Low Calories and great if you are having to add some protein with your diet. Add a little caffeine doesn't hurt. I hated they went up in price the following week and longer for delievery. I think these are made by Pepsi, so you know the quality is high!

Honestly not trying to ride the viral wave but I loved every flavor the quality is impressive there's no chalk Little bit of a caffeine after taste but its over powered by the flavor Vanilla taste like melted ice cream The cookies and cream is amazing Chocolate is amazing Cost is a little high but definitely worth it 90 calories is a steal im definitely gonna be buying more variety cases

My daughter introduced me to Spylt High Protein Milk when I was up in Washington state. I live in Texas and no one sold the brand. Much to my surprise when I saw them on Amazon, I jumped on it and ordered 2 boxes of 2. I purchased the variety pack so that I could try all of the flavors, the vanilla milkshake and sent a box to my daughter as a thank you. My favorite was the Peanut Butter…however all of them were excellent! Love the fact that there is caffeine, zero sugar (I’m a diabetic) and 20 grams of protein. The taste was outstanding with no after taste. I am going to be purchasing some more. However…this is why I gave it 4 stars. Nothing to do with the drink. The only downside was that the shipping box was poor and made with thin cardboard and the box’s seal was coming unsealed on both the top and bottom. It was marked “heavy”because I had ordered two dozen and it weighed over 16 pounds. Makes me nervous to order another two boxes. Just be careful on the shipping portion otherwise I recommend the variety pack so you can find your favorite!

I have been drinking this for the last 3 to 4 months every morning. I have one. And the taste is amazing, it is not gritty. It’s smooth and it’s delicious. I do not have any stomach issues after I drink one which is a big thing. I highly recommend these. The chocolate milk is my favorite and every once in a while, I will enjoy a peanut butter chocolate one.

This is not just a simple chocolate milk. This is among the best tasting chocolate milk I've ever had! On top of that, it has zero sugar, caffeine, and 20g of protein?! Like what?!! I'm a huge fan and get a case monthly. Additionally, Spylt's customer service is top-notch! I had one can where there were some lumps that made it undrinkable. They sent me a whole case to make up for it. I HIGHLY recommend this product.

Favorite little pick me up in my morning routine. These shakes are absolutely delicious, have just the right amount of caffeine and come in at just about under 100 calories. All the flavors are super yummy but the chocolate and cookies & cream are my all time favorite. The drinks are not thick and goopy or have a gross chalky typical protein powder after taste. They’re filling enough for a little mod morning or afternoon snack. If you’re looking to up your protein but don’t want to go crazy overboard with calories or a hefty thick shake, these are amazing. We’ve been purchasing the variety box because we can’t decide what flavor we like best and we like mixing it up.
