This trap bar was very easy to assemble and has made doing deadlifts way easier on my back. Having the weight centered on the body seems a lot safer to me! I've also used it for squats and back rows, so it is pretty versatile. It comes with four plate spacers, and I recommend using one on each side before adding any plates since that keeps the plates from rattling on the bolts. The build quality seems good: the knurls have good grip and the bar is solid for the weight I have used on it so far (200 pounds). A nice piece of equipment that has improved my workouts.

I’ve really enjoyed it. It’s solid (isn’t going to break). I’m 5’ 11” and it fits me well. It looks good in my home gym. It’s definitely worth the price I paid.

Easy to assemble. Feels very solid. 2 inch plates fit correctly. Functions as a hex dumbbell bar which is all I was looking for.

Solid trap bar. Sturdier than most gym equipment on the market. I’ll only load mine with 225 or so but I think it would handle 3-4 45lb plates no problem

Great my sons takedowns in wrestling and jujitsu has gotten better I’m guessing this has helped
