Overheats so performance in not controllable for longer use. Not easy to clean burnt residues. Appearance is fine not an upgraded one. An inner plate as in photo (not supplied with product) would have been a thoughtful addition. Value for money paid average. Sturdy built though. These are feedback after 15 days of use.

This brand is a scam, look for a similar looking one of another brandname, it did not last, broke and was always leaking thru the crack which could've got dangerous

I bought 5 piece, 3 for home and 2 for office, and all of them got non functional only in 10 to 15 days. Very bad quality product and wastage of money and time on this. Dont buy this ever. I don't want to give even 1 star to this product...
