Way better than inserting a pill
I love this product especially after sex. Helps keep my ph balanced and it's super easy to use. Small smooth application. Make sure you lay down when inserting to get best results. I only use after sex to insure my ph stays fresh.

No smell to the gel, easy to use but if not going to bed right away don’t use. It will get on everything. I even wore a pad to bed it is messy. It seemed to work but would have to continue to use weekly.
