Do your homework.
When I bought these awhile back they were just an inexpensive B complex to me, like the 4 other different B complex bottles I had. Then I had a problem where my nerves were injured, and learned B1, B6, and B12 all helped. I started taking another brand, and nothing happened. I figured maybe they had been damaged by summer heat. I tried these next, and noticed a difference in a few hours. That seemed a bit odd so I compared all the bottles. The other bottles were crap and I immediately threw them out. Most were not time release, some almost no actual vitamin value, and the ones that did often had a serving size of multiple pills. These were BY FAR the best, and they are priced nicely, so I am here writing this review as I buy two more bottles.

It's amazing how much more energy I have. My hair is thicker and my nails grow so fast and break very seldom.

Pleasantly surprised
I had never taken any prolonged release B tablets. I have to say that if you take them early in the morning sleep is not affected as some have said unless you are very sensitive to the B complex tabs. I have found they work well. By the middle of the afternoon I still have enough energy to complete a 12 hour work day and still want to do outdoor work for a while when I get home. I find these a plus.

Now I know wht I was missing
Talk about a difference. I think it's because it's. time released but this keeps me moving all day. With the kther brands I have taken I am out of it by 3 pm but with this I am up and sharp up until it's time for bed. Definitely. recommended.
