Will not fit all DSLRs
It will not fit all DSLRs. It is too small for a Canon 1dx. The build quality looks great. I am just disappointed that I can not use it

The worst product ive purchased on amazon
My first review on amazon. Shows how bad this product and seller is. After purchasing hundreds of products on Amazon i can say this has been the worst by far and worst with service. First off the product is defective and doesn't even work. The holes do not properly align for the installation screws. They didn't send any instructions with the package so you just referenced the photos. I wasnt able to use it for a special event. I went to purchase this one cause i needed something urgently that would make it to me on time. When it came to refunding, they were super slow about responding. Terrible. Go pay a few extra bucks and get something better of quality. Youll find a better product at the flea market.

Small block will not receive a screw
No manual was one issue. One of the screws that hold the long rods will no screw into the block. It's hard to see but it looks like some of the block material is pushed into the hole which is not allowing the screw to go into the threads. Disappointed. Not sure how to get in touch with seller for a replacement block.

Very big and Awesome
My only issue is if you want to use a Monior! I had to drill bit the handle and tap it to put an extra bolt through it, hdmi cord needs to have a left hand 90 degree bend so it doesn’t cause any trouble! But other than that it’s not and universal!

Product fine but they have a small manufacturing problem
Ive had two of these both with the same problem. For the clamp that holds the rods either the drill press machine needs to be recalibrated or the person on the drill press was having a bad week because the holes are not properly drilled out. I recieved a replacement with the same problem. Youll have to either drill it out your self or like me just so happen to have another clamp. I dont feel like going through the replacement process to get another one which will probably have the same issue so ima just cut my losses.This product is fine it's a light weight rig that looks exactly like the picture. The camera attachment not so great.

Screws do not screw in
The screws for the lens support wouldnt screw in. its like they machined it wrong. I did a return for another one and same issue.
