Great customer service. Original purchase was missing the L-Bracket & screw. New product was immediately replaced and worked perfectly. Easy to connect, software was a tad confusing with the warning or digital sharing, but with an email or two, and a google search of a hub software that needed to be installed, everything worked as intended. Honestly, one of the best purchases I have ever made for video production. I've used it for videos, presentations, even interviewing. You easily stay focused on the camera while using your script. Adding the stream deck took it from excellent to Wow!Setup instructions not the greatest, but lots of videos and other info. Just remember to set your graphics to extended mode.

I was genuinely excited to purchase this teleprompter setup after it came highly recommended by numerous YouTubers. I spent over $500 expecting a professional-grade solution that would enhance the quality of my video lectures. Unfortunately, what I received was a half-functional, buggy product with glaring compatibility issues on Mac—and zero accountability from the company.Mac Compatibility: Misleading and ProblematicDespite being marketed as broadly compatible, the system is not fully functional with macOS. It regularly fails to initialize unless I unplug all other peripherals (including my mic), restart my machine multiple times, and pray it works. This is unacceptable for a product in this price range.Customer Support: Useless at BestTheir support is a joke. No live screen-share, no real-time troubleshooting—just endless email loops repeating steps I've already completed and denying there are any bugs in their software (specifically Elgato Hub, which is a disaster on Mac). The fact that they treat serious reliability issues as “user error” shows either incompetence or willful negligence.Return Policy: A Convenient ShieldOf course, all this became obvious after the return window closed. So now I’m stuck with a $500+ paperweight that undermines my workflow instead of supporting it. I expected this setup to save time and elevate production value. Instead, it’s a constant source of frustration and lost productivity.

This teleprompter works great and it's easy to use. The only reason for the 4 stars is because it requires USB-C 3.0. My 2019 Macbook Pro is not compatible with it, and the Mac OS app from Elgato requires extensions to work. So it's not the best experience. But if you ware on a PC, it's very simple and easy to use.

Easy to setup and use. It's a little pricey for plastic but it's 100% effective with a DSLR. I had everything setup and running perfectly in 25min. Set the prompt width to 60-65% if you are close to the prompter.

I was concerned when I unpacked it that the small screen might be challenging to see at a good focal length distance. I’ve used it a few times with no issues. My one improvement would be to allow a TXT file import vs cut and paste import.

If you're looking for a teleprompter for your desk/talking head--this unit is fine. For anything else, this isn't what you're looking for. The software is 'workable' and not much better than what's out there already for free. The included monitor is limited but functional.
