Instructions included, worked right out of the box. The deep massage is a deep massage so I needed to turn it down. I have not figured out how to talk to it yet but I've only have had it a few hours. My back has no pain after the first use.its well made and comfortable, easy to clean if needed. Nice looking massage chair. Update: I have had the chair for a few months..I still absolutely love this chair. When my back or hips start to hurt, this chair takes it away. Works just like it should, the monitor is easy to read and use. The heat setting don't cook you out of the chair. It can be manually set for your needs. I would suggest having the 4D and pressure on low. Worth every penny

Massage therapy chair came in a big box fully assemble. Which was perfect all we had to do is get it out of the box. The system is very easy to understand and works perfectly. My husband new best friend he works in construction so it has helped him with the daily joint pain. Chair is easy to understand. This is perfect for a tall person my husband is 5x11 and 215lb. We did see other chairs but for our fit this one is the best. I enjoy the music it plays it’s relaxing and the heating on legs and back. Definitely something to buy self care is a must.

Pretty nice could massage legs better

Wow this chair is awesome. I could stay in it all day. So far I have no complaints. It works perfectly and has great features. The only downside that I have found is that when I am laying in it at night I have to use the light on my phone to see the display controls. It would be nice if they lit up so you didn’t have to try to hold a light in one hand and select with the other. But that is absolutely the only downside that I have found. Everything else perfect so far. I have had it about 2 months and I use it all the time.

It's a little tricky to get used to the different settings but once you do it is pure pleasure.

Chair performance fell short, not a repeat purchase option.
