Q: Can this pool light be installed in a pool WITHOUT a niche?

Yes it can. The product has been upgraded to enable its usage in both NICHELESS pools and pools WITH niches.

Q: What kind of Niche it matchs?

It matches most of the Stainless Steel/ Plastic Niche for Concrete Pool or Vinyl/Fiberglass Pool. Like Pentair 45361500,60028300,78241202-4202,Hayward DuraNiche SP0601U,JiffyNiche SP0608U,Jandy PLNICSM, and so on.

Q: What does the package contain?

It includes stainless steel panels, LED light panels, 50ft wires, 110V AC to 12vDC transformers, controller, remote control and instructions.( niche is not included) .if you are not sure if your niches match, ask us for help with picture attach.

Q: Why can't I use the remote control to control the pool light after I receive it?

If you are using the pool light for the first time, please download the APP connect the phone and light. Once this initial connection has been established, subsequent usage of the remote control will not require repeated phone connectivity.

Q: Why isn't my light flashing red like the instructions say?

Please Plug and unplug it 3 times to restore the factory Settings and the red light will flash. Similarly, if you have any problems with the connection, you can restore the factory Settings in this way.
