Puritan's Milk Thistle 4:1 Extract 1000mg 180 Softgels (Silymarin) Liver Health

As a daily user of alcohol I am always looking to off set any potential damage or stress to my liver. I have found this product, in conjunction with good diet, probiotics and daily exercise, to be a good way to do so. I have looked at lots of milk thistle and honestly found this to be the best for both its dose and amount per bottle.

Not making medical claims! Recommended for fatty liver and got my numbers and discomfort down. Now my husband uses with same results. Easy to swallow with no aftertaste.

I purchased these vitamins, cause I take them on a regular basis. The store I usually get them in did not have them on sale and the price was double at the store than what I paid in Amazon.. great value
