This is a good value for money. I have been using these blades for years but recently it has been difficult to get the basic blades from the local shops. I saw the Hydro 5 on Amazon and thought I’d try them. I was delighted by the result, and will definitely buy them again when I need more blades.

Used this for a large number of years it's an excellent system 5 blades in one, maintains the edge. I would certainly recommend the hydro 5 good clean shave!

The best razor for men with heavy growth and it's easy to trim under the boat as you flip back the plastic part.

Keen to give these a go, they are in today’s terms affordable with razor and 4 cartridges. For many years I’ve been using a battery operated blade razor handle that vibrates but the cost of the blades is getting ridiculous. I have quite a tough beard so can find some razors tug, so pleased that this didn’t and seem to glide through. However I found I needed at least a second pass and with a single cartridge it has 5 blades this means that parts of my skin are being touched by 10 or 15 blades which caused me some irritation throughout the day. Good moisturiser helped but not ideal. So on the basis of not cutting my beard in a single pass I’ve rated 4.
