J.R. Watkins Hand Soap Refill, Aloe and Green Tea 34 fl Ounce

I have used this soap for years. It is gentle on my skin, has a mild scent which I like, and I can add some water to it which makes it go a lot farther and still gives me a good lather.

This is a great hand soap that leaves my hands smelling fresh and clean! It rinses off well and my hands do not feel dried out afterwards. I love this scent and am anxious to try your others, as well! Thank you for this wonderful soap!

Was looking for a foaming hand soap made in the US. Parents/grandparents had used this brand back in the day, and I had forgotten all about it. While browsing here, I came across these refills and thought I'd get re-acquainted. So very happy I did. The scent is just right - it's not overpowering. (I am very sensitive to chemical odors). This didn't bother me at all - in fact, it's very pleasing. The lather is luxurious, and the foam is nice and full. I've found I've been using 2 pumps of the dispenser, just because I like the feel of the soap on my hands. (it's so nice and thick, one pump would probably be plenty) I bought this scent for the master bathroom, then I went back and bought the ocean/sea? (the blue one) for the boy's bathroom, and the lemon one for the kitchen. The refills are great since I already have foaming dispensers I like at all the sinks in the house. Super-happy. Will keep buying this brand.

Life Hack for the Win! So I prefer the foam soaps over the liquid soaps, probably mostly because I have a ton of those foam soap dispensers leftover from a local store's Black Friday Sale and I hate to throw functional things away when I can reuse them. Okay probably also how you'll see me on an episode of hoarders one day. I digress. So I recently came into an issue with refilling them, the foam soap was sold out online and I'm one of those scroodgy people who looks for a deal. So I found this like 3000 bags of handsoap deal (okay, it's like a pack of 6 34 ounce bags but good god it's a lot of soap). But I do not have liquid hand soap dispensers. Oh boy. Guess what I did? I took a liquid measuring cup and added 1/4 cup of soap and 3/4 cups of water (be careful on your flow rate of adding the water, you don't want foam yet). You could probably do the water first and then add the soap but I didn't know what I was doing. Give it a good stir to get the soap off the bottom and sides but again avoid making foam. Pour this solution into your old foam dispenser and then swirl it in your hands fairly vigorously (don't shake it, SWIRL it) to mix the solution. If it's not mixed, you'll see it moving around in the bottle and it will not work right when you push on the dispenser. So this is very important. If you can see into the bottle and see the soap moving around in the water, it's not mixed yet. When you can look into the bottle and see nothing but what appears to be liquid and nothing moving in the liquid, you've got it mixed right. Now pump it a few times to get it through the dispenser and boom, you got soap for 1/4 the price. Why the heck have I been paying more for 1/4 of the soap???? Why???? I feel dumb but now you can learn from my dumb. AND THIS SOAP SMELLS AMAZING and it works great for washing my hands without drying them out. Win-win!

Fantastic clean scent and works effectively.

Good soap. I lost my sense of smell, so I can’t smell it right now, but I still like the soap. I mix it with water and put it into a foaming dispenser. Cleanses well without drying my skin.

I love this soap! The lemon scent is bright and refreshing—strong enough to make the kitchen or bathroom smell clean, but not overpowering. The foam feels soft and rinses off easily without leaving any residue or dryness on my hands. I’ve tried a lot of hand soaps, but I keep coming back to J.R. Watkins. It looks nice on the counter, the pump works smoothly, and a little goes a long way. Perfect for anyone who loves that classic, fresh lemon scent!
