Level 2 Electric Vehicle (EV) Charger(WIFI APP/Plug-play), 32A, 25ft Cable ETL Certified, 220V-240V NEMA 14-50P Plug EVSE w/ J1772 Connector, Portable EV Car Charging Stations for Home Level 2

I installed the Aimiler 32 Amp/220 - 240 Volt Level 2 charger on 1/23/25. I purchased the 14-50 plug in version with a J1772 connector for my Chevy Bolt. I charge my car every night and the Aimiler charger has been absolutely flawless. In my opinion a Level 2 charger is a necessity because you can add 30ish miles an hour with a 32 Amp charger meaning I will always have a full charge every day its plugged in. The charger includes everything needed for installation which basically includes the mount for the charger and the mount for the J1772 plug. Installation for both mounts took only a few minutes. Once those were installed it's simply a matter of putting the charger in the mount and plugging it into the outlet. When I leave the house I put the J1772 plug into the other mount on the wall so it's not laying on the ground. I have been an EV owner since 2011 and and have purchased and used a few different brand chargers. The Aimiler charger is by far the best and let me tell you why; 1. Safety first! It is ETL Certified meaning it has undergone rigorous safety testing and meets industry standards. ETL is certified by Intertek which a globally recognized testing, inspection and certification company. 2. Quality! The 25 foot cable is thick, strong and durable. The charger has a smaller footprint than others I've owned but has the same quality feel and look. 3. Price! This is much less expensive than others I've owned and also comes with a 3 year warranty. 4. Basically plug and play. I plugged it into the 240 volt outlet and it was set to 32 Amp charging which is what I wanted. So all i had to do was plug the J1772 plug into my car and I was all set. 5. Nice storage bag for taking it with you when traveling. 6. Multiple other features including adjustable Amp charging from 16 amps to 32 amps based on your electrical requirements. You can also download the app and use delayed charging as well as numerous other options. Would I recommend this charger? Yes became It installs quick and easy, is competitively priced, it is ETL Certified, has a 3 year warranty and has been very reliable.

Not a lot of features, but simple to use and works reliably. We got this last year after getting a Chevy Blazer EV, and have been charging almost entirely using this charger since. The app is easy to configure (I already had it installed from other smart home devices) and simple to use. My one complaint is that it does not play well with initiating charging from the app, but that is 100% Chevy's software causing the friction - instead of scheduling charging through the app I just leave it on all the time and do the scheduling from the EV instead. Attached is a screenshot of usage from last year - still going strong! Great bang for your buck compared to other premium chargers, and it's satisfied our needs perfectly.

I recently purchased this portable EVSE, and I am really impressed with it. First impressions: 1. Good design and built quality. Feels at par with major brands and is FCC, ETL certified and UL listed. 2. Comes very well packed and includes all necessary accessories like carrying bag, wall mount, cable mount and cap. 3. 25 feet cable, which is really handy. 4. Inbulit wi-fi and app control, which is very handy to manage the device and charge, and some comparable brands do not offer this. App works like a charm and gives freedom to set charge level, scheduled charging and delayed charging. 5. Enclosure is weather-rated, and I used it outdoors in the rain, and it works without any issues. The only negative I could find was the quality of the J1772 connector, and it feels plasticy; the clip is made of plastic, and I am not sure it can withstand time and drops. Perhaps a metal clip would have made it more durable. No issues so far, and working like the way it should. Recommended product.

So the hardware is great. Its charging and 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV. I upgraded from an original evmotorwerks Smart Juicebox 40pro as it blew its contactor relay. (Yes I could have gambled and got one on ebay for 60usd. I do like this new unit and it charges without fail. I tried both this in Globe Suite and Smart Life (same interface)... The live data is live but the chart is useless- A: it doesn't show it live, instead it only shows it when you unplug. B: its not fine grain enough to see how the on board charger is drawing particularly in the winter. They should be able to get it to record it better as it happens as the capability is definitely there. Overall monthly charts for total usage comparison is the only chart that is useful as the daily will only update when you unplug and it goes to that date. Again, the live data updates great an with second granularity but its not recording as such, instead it only charts session total. Cord is about 40/64" thick and remains very flexible in -30c and a 3/4 loom fits perfectly over it (keeps the sun from damaging it as well as preventing chaffing on the ground) - my juicebox is 6 years old and the cable is like new!

This is the charger you need! Look no further. 32 amps is sufficient if you’re charging a car with a Tesla (NACS) port overnight - my EV9 takes about 4 hours going from 40% to 80%. Comes with all the mounts required, the product is sleek and there’s no extra bulk, high quality materials and the cable is extra long. This is by far the best and most complete charging setup you can get at this price range. Going up to 40amps just doesn’t give you the extra charging speed you would expect with the extra cost. All you need is the NEMA charging plug at your location. Bonus: their customer service is excellent if you ever want to reach out. Great warranty as well (have not needed to use it).
