Great machine for its money
I like it. It’s not the best quality of printing, but the machine is very good

Good printer
It’s good , it does the job. I don’t know if this was a defected product or just simply didn’t work as supposed to do but the only issue I have is that I need to keep it in charge while printing , otherwise it won’t print at all age also won’t shut off if I don’t remove the usb charger cable . The quality of the writing is good , clear and thick black . The paper roll is pretty hard to work with if you don’t have a folder to put it inside , otherwise it will roll over.

Didn’t get it nor like it
It is so complicated to use! How can an A4 paper to be shredded lol

Terrible
Never again! The printer arrived with empty battery, it doesn’t take charge and at 16% it shuts down. 16% was max charge I saw and started going down despite charging. The manual doesn’t provide QR for the app. The app looks like advertising app not a printer interface. Never got to test the printing because it doesn’t work while charging and dies immediately after disconnecting. Very disappointed!!!

Problem connecting between printer and devices
I am having a problem with the connection between the printer and my devices. I contacted the manufacturer and the problem between the printer and the mobile phone was solved, but I am still having a problem with the connection between the printer and the computer. I contacted them again, but I have not received a response yet. If I do not receive a response from them, I will return the printer because it is useless.
