Perfect product. Watch a few videos and learn how to use it properly. Size is sufficient for a family of 4. Easy to use. Heating is good and food will taste amazing as long as you won't overcook it.

Awesome product, Good quality value for money, good touch

Product appears to be good, but the packaging was worst. This costly item was kept just in its company box without any external box. As a result, the box had got a bit damaged during transportation, but fortunately the product was still safe. It is easy to use, has great functionality, requiring little or no oil and cooks crispy and tasty food.

Superb n easy to cook

I am giving 1 star because there is no option to give less than that. I bought this product in Mar 2025 and it arrived in a damaged box. Then after just 6 months light usage, it stopped working. Now for past 6 months, I am chasing them to repair. They told motor is gone and need to be replaced. However, no one seem to be bothered with actually repairing it. Customer service has a standardized bot response and nothing more. Local staff is rude and told us they don't care about it!! I would strongly recommend everyone to stay away from this cheating company and buy anything but philips. They have no customer service available and they would just put you on bot response. What a shame!

Very good product Rapid air technology is super

The air fryer received today. It's working fine. Cooked potato fry and ur was fine. Regarding the delivery the outer cover was little damaged. but product intact. Another point is that there was no booklet or information inside about the item except for an unsigned paper regards guarantee. No info about the manufacturer
