The quality of the goods was excellent and represented good value for moneyand the variety was good.We had hoped that it would have been more gift packed however the recipientwas very pleased with them and thoroughly enjoyed them.A good buy, value for money.

These are nice enough shortbread biscuits, individually wrapped in pairs, which is handy to keep them fresh.The product is sold as a "gift" and the price reflects that, however, for that price you'd expect a little more presentation. the nod to the gift packing is made with the bit of twine on the outside, a cheap paper napkin inside, and the fact that the packs are resting on the type of stuff you might have in a hamper to keep the contents safe.Personally, I think they've missed the mark with this item. If it's to be marketed as a gift, the packaging needs to be much better, to reflect that. If it isn't, then they can do away with the cheap packaging and just sell it at a reduced price. There will, of course, be a bit of a mark-up due to the fact that each pair of shortbreads are individually packaged, but there are cheaper ways to get individually packaged biscuits.----------For information, I tend to give my "star rating" based on the following system:⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ – A great product that exceeded my expectations.⭐⭐⭐⭐ – A good product that generally met my expectations and the claims of the seller.⭐⭐⭐ – A reasonable product but could be better for the money/in relation to the claims of the seller.⭐⭐ - A product that definitely needs improvement - poor quality/poor value for money.⭐ - Very bad quality and/or value for money. This is a nice box of shortbread. You get quite a lot in there however the variation is limited with only two different options, 9 of each. They arrive somewhat well presented in a string tied box with the shortbread resting on tissue paper. A nice option if you want to send something long distance though I would have liked to have seen some more variation in the box.
