No judgement here for why you might need these little packets, but whoo wee do they work wonderfully! I had to prep for a fantastic New Year's Eve and these did the trick. I felt fresh, clean, and no mess for the evening festivities. Depending on how clean you want to be or how much prep you need, more than one packet could be necessary.

While the ingredients used to help smooth things out are appreciated, you can achieve the same isotonic effect with a saline nasal rinse kit, just add the proper amount of water.

This product is supposed to be a powder that dissolves in water. I received a hardened gel that is unusable. I believe it melted due to the heat outside but there is no way to return apparently so I guess I’m just out $30. If you buy this and live in a hot climate be warned that you are gambling on getting a usable product with no way to exchange or be refunded.

It's ph is spot on and it makes my anus feel as fresh as spring daisies. Get some and see!!
