I recently placed two separate orders on Car101 — one for the pack of two graphene spray combo and another for the duster combo with the recharge bottle. However, both orders were delivered together in a single parcel, and the package was incomplete. I received only the duster and its recharge bottle, along with just the spray caps of the graphene product. The actual graphene spray bottles were completely missing. This was very disappointing, and I am highly unsatisfied with this kind of delivery experience. I have already requested a replacement. I hope the issue is resolved quickly. I will update later based on how the replacement process goes.
