First, I have never wrote a negative review but I am so shocked and disappointed, I want to start by saying I’m a make up artist and I purchased this bag in February. I tried to reach the seller a few times before I actually wrote this review in hopes that this could get rectified. The first two weeks after I purchased this bag, the inseams on the inside pockets started to tear. I really wanted the bag so I kept it and tried sewing it myself, then the top handle stitches started to come loose and started breaking off shortly after. My last straw was only six months of having the bag Was the zipper and stitching of the entire bag completely coming off where you can see the all of products peaking out almost falling out which I included photos of as well… I also will add I have the relavel bags and used them up for 2 yrs with the same amount of weight inside and they still never broke like this they were just starting to wear which is why I wanted new… SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GET THE RELAVEL BAGS… this is such a let down

Got this to replace a different bag I was using … ended up being able to condense both my makeup bags into this one … I don’t like putting everything in travel size to have a smaller kit … this fits everything I need to do makeup at weddings fashion shows etc … super easy to travel with my favorite makeup kit to date
