When I make chili these days I tend to add in a drained can of these chilies because it makes it extra spicy and good. Having four cans is nice because then you don't have to worry about running out just when you need them! You may also enjoy putting these in enchiladas or any foods that you want to make just a little more delicious. Ortega fire roasted dice green chiles are great for so many recipes... salsas, pork roasts, nachos, soups.. etc. I prefer Ortega myself. We bought these because they said mild heat, but they are at least medium. Otherwise, good flavor.

I really like these green chilis. They have a nice flavor and they do not mind to pack them in the container, so they are not stingy.

Love buying several cans to keep stacked in my pantry. Adds flavor to a variety of dishes. I try to buy on sale. it is a pantry staple. I like the mild as well as the hot, so I buy both. I just use depending on what sort of dish I am creating.
