Great alternative to oats
Makes a nice porridge. Also good for gluten free breads.

Bitter taste !
Package arrived well-wrapped and on-time. Tried the flakes - there was a rather 'not nice' bitter aftertaste. This bitter aftertaste is normally due to the millet being old (experience and Google agreed) Amazon issued refund. Would never order this brand again.

Not suited for my salicylate intolerance.
Pretty disgusting texture and it smell horrible. Not suited for gluten free or salicylate intolerance.
