Steel toe is to low, composite is better but even the soft your doesn't fit like they used to.
What happen to my twisted x boots the used to be so comfortable and fit right the first time now it's like what's going on over there

Soles won't hold up for a month let alone a year
They fell apart in less than a month I've had multiple pairs of twisted x and this pair has does not at all live up to the expansions I had i thought a light boot would be nice for working all day but I guess with lightness the material to manufacture is straight garbage

Don't waste your money!
My husband works in the oilfield, and he was in a other state when I ordered these. We have bought this brand before, and I didn't feel like they held up like other brands though they cost the same. My husband said they were just the most comfortable, so we tried them again and what a mistake!!!!Within one month of wear, the back of the heel was coming apart, and the bottoms of each sole looked like he had walked through a mine field! 😳Will never buy this brand again. Going back to a brand that holds up at least a year.
