What a beautiful book with some unique different way of looking at an issue. I had an immense fear/phobia of driving up and hills. I asked for peace. I recently purchased this book and couldn't put it down. I went on holiday and there was this profound hill that I had to drive up and down X2 a day. When I came back from holiday I didn't have a fear/phobia of hills. And I feel it could be down to this lovely book.
