It just worked

I previously reviewed this incorrectly, it DOES match the pictures with grooves in both halves, but it doesn't produce a 100% perfect bend on 10mm copper... there are wrinkles on the inside radius. I guess it would be OK on 6 and 8mm tube.

Do not buy this item.. advertised as metric 6,8 and 10mm pipe bender. The bender that I received was imperial 1/4" 5/16" and 3/8". It's even stated on the box. It is impossible to pull a bend without distorting the pipe due to the difference in size (heating engineer for 30 yrs). Obviously there is a reason why it's 50% cheaper than the leading brands (rothenberger etc) because it's not fit for purpose. I will be returning for refund

I ordered a 6-8-10mm pipe bender but a 1/4", 5/16", 3/8" model was delivered. The difference may seem small but on 10mm it is nearly 0.5 mm and so 10mm copper tube does not sit down in the groove resulting in poor quality bends. Had to go to Tool Station and buy a Draper 10mm bender. What a difference. May have cost me more, £20.44 against £12.68 on Amazon but time was not on my side! Do look at the Draper reviews as I did need to tighten up the socket heads as other reviewers have pointed out.

Amazing product that will bend but not kink your pipes. Super easy to use.

brève utilisation pour la pose d'une climatisation. a bien fait le job. je doute que cet équipement soit adapté à une utilisation intensive, mais toujours bon à avoir dans l'atelier...Bon rapport qualité prix.
