The media could not be loaded. 5/1/2025 update:After contacting Waterdrop customer service, they offered me a brand new water dispenser at a discounted price and even included a free filter. The whole process was smooth and their service was excellent — it really gave me more confidence in the brand. I received the new unit within a week. Hopefully, this one works without any issues!----My Waterdrop product K19-H, purchased on January 5th from Amazon, is experiencing display panel issues. We’ve already tried all the suggested steps provided by Waterdrop Customer Service, but unfortunately, the screen continues to work inconsistently. After I gave them my order details, they said "your order shows that the selling merchant is Amazon.Com.Sevices.Inc. Please contact them directly first to help you solve the problem you're facing." I thought that if the product is still under warranty, the manufacturer should be responsible for any issues. So I don't quite understand why I was directed to contact Amazon customer service instead. Fortunately, Amazon agreed to accept the return, really appreciated the help from Amazon.

I don't get how this has so many good reviews. We properly followed all the procedures and actually even filtered more than it suggested but there were white things floating constantly in the water. Also apparently there's a product defect and the system only allows for like 30 oz of water at once because the separation wall for the waste water and tap water is much lower than the max level of water you can put it. Horrible design. We tried the water and it tasted absolutely disgusting. Never buying from waterdrop again. The box had bunch of specs, etc from China.

Really happy with it so far. Water tastes great. Easy to operate.

I live in a city and the water often tastes and smells like chlorine. This filter works great to remove the chemicals added to the water that I don't want to drink. I do have to fill the reservoir daily (after dumping the waste water), but it's worth having safe, clean drinking water. I'm almost 3 months in and the water is still great. I use it for drinking and cooking.
