Easy to use - good tasting + effective!

I am trying to ditch pills as much as possible. A lot of the liquid type substitutions are simply not drinkable. This is good enough that it could be bottled as a drink. I am happy with just doing the droppers though. 😊I can't tell whether it works or not, only time will tell. But I couldn't with the pill form either. We just do a lot of this stuff based on reading, educating ourselves and hope!

I won't buy again

I am gonna be 100% honest, I was super hesitant trying this especially since I have IR & this has definitely helped! The taste is actually good, helped my appetite/cravings, made my mood 10x better AND gave me good energy throughout the day! Definitely will continue using this brand.

I generally try to take Berberine to help with my blood sugar & cholesterol. I was happy to find this form of it since liquids are usually more easily absorbable by the body. Do note, though, that the flavor is pretty strong. I don't enjoy it straight from the dropper, but I find it a little easier if it's added to a few ounces of water. It's too soon to tell yet if it's having the desired effects, but I'll at least finish the bottle before saying for sure.

Taste amazing it does control my need to eat. It took a while for me to connect the dots why I wasn't hungry I thought hummm my appetite is sure changing.

Not sure I benefit any better from liquid to tablets. Pricey at $16 for small bottle. Dropped leaked had to wrap the bottle when in use. It was messy.

Not sure if this works for me. I have this for a month now and I don't feel the result
