Great service and good tool for moderate use!
Service was exceptional. The diamond sawblade arrived damaged and they used priority mail to send me a new one as fast as I have ever seen. This is a fine saw as long as it is used as intended. It is a light duty device, so if you expect to use it for many hours a week, every week, you should perhaps look to a more expensive one. This is a low volume, specialty tool and the design and tooling spread over the low volume of expected sales really makes the price point sensible. If they were selling hundreds of thousands of these saws the price would be very much lower. So, in conclusions: It works, and it works well but do not expect to use it as a production tool, and, yes, the company stands by this item.

Works great
Set up required that I clear excess plastic from the table mounting holes. The nylon bolts were difficult to start. Caution was required to thread them. They seated tight. The saw is greyish mixed not jet black plastic. The motor is quiet and smooth, The wheels are nicely done. But the saw was tight and the guides and insert rubbed at first, this was okay for the type of saw. The blade is flexible but with caution wont bend or twist. Fragged a 7" 1.5 lb abalone shell straight away. The little red top on the dial popped off on first use. The saw did a great job at trimming that shell. Clean up was quick and the blade reset in a snap and the saw runs smoother than the first go round. I'm looking forward next time. Flimsy. but if you take your time it dose a great job, is salt and water resistant and quite a clever saw.

Very happy with the product
My husband was concerned when I ordered this product that it would not be what he had hoped nor would it be able to deliver results. It did the job it advertised it could do and allowed for the cuts around the turtles in my custom shower. Very happy with the product. Hope to be able to order some back up blades should we decide to do some more tile work in the future.

Poorly designed and poor materials. Lasts maybe six months
We bought FOUR of these on the recommendation of a friend who rarely used theirs. One by one parts broke over the course of months of use. This one lasted 8 months of intermittent use. We patched and patched till its failures were overwhelming. Now we have switched to gryphon. Going to look at designing a better one since we put so many hours into fixing them.

Time and material saver
Get this if you want to avoid spending hours nibbling away and grinding on rounded cuts. For hobbyists who cut several pieces a day, but not all day, all week long.

Fantastic unit
This unit may be small but it has a big punch on cutting rock and stone

Overpriced
Got this bandsaw for cutting art glass. The entire machine is made from plastic, the housing, the wheels, the guides, the table, even the screws. It’s flimsy to saw the least. It does not have a water pump or water recirculation. The water supply is gravity fed from a small reservoir on top of the machine and then drains via a tube on the bottom. This system is not efficient and it is messy. The water reservoir is very small and does not hold enough water to get much work done before needing a refill. This hinders workflow. The machine does cut glass though and it tracks good enough to follow a cut line. Overall, the machine is overpriced for what you get. Had I seen this saw in person before purchasing it I would have left it on the shelf, even if it were for half the price. This machine would hardly be worth $100.
