Easy to replace

This was $47 vs ~$130 from AppliancePartsPros for an OEM. This one was exactly the same as the original (10-year old) one that I removed. The manufacturer was the same, the motor label was the same, to the letter. Now, I understand a cloner of pumps and motors could clone labels, but I don't think this is the case, Anyway, this was super easy to replace and is functioning just fine for the first week. Time will tell. It was certainly better than $1,000+ for a new machine. Maybe it will get us a few years more. So far, I am pretty happy with this.

So far so good! Exact match mfg & model, to replace dead drain pump for our Kenmore Elite made by LG top load washer. Multiple loads for the past week with no OE error code or issues like we had before “water on the floor”. 😳 If something changes, I’ll update this review. The hardest part was finding the correct drain pump and finding it shipped by Amazon as none were available from local stores. Oh, and cleaning up the water the pours out of your washer onto the floor, once you remove the drain hose from the pump. Have lots of towels ready!
