I need this every day. Idk who designed this, but thank you! The firmness is perfect, the size is perfect and having handles is such a great idea. And right now the price is more than perfect, I might have passed if it were full price. I think as far as pain relief goes I think it was designed for me personally lol it feels so good, it's also built really well and such high quality I think it will last a long time. The density is quite interesting, it is definitely soft, but when you sink into it it's not too soft. Lol, I think I'm just not used to the roller devices so I apologize for my lack of terminology. I grateful that I stumbled upon this device and I also like it so much I had to buy one for my mom, I think I'll buy one foe my brother and his family next. Everyone needs one of these things, their back and neck will never be the same again. I love the color of it too, but I wouldn't object to different choices. Like maybe a deep sunset orangish red?Thank you.

Really nice roller
I use it to roll out tightness in calf and hamstring. Effective and comfortable to use.

I like it but
I like the roller because it has the handles to position the roller as I use it on a wall. I am too stiff to use it on the floor but against a wall it is great.My only complaint is that I wish the sinal process detent/space in the middle of the roller were a little deeper and wider. Not a lot but just a bit for more clearance to keep the pressure on the muscles.along side the spine.

Great for back
I had a hard time using this on my legs with the handle. So I took off the handle and use it on my back, mostly upper and middle back. It hurts and feels so good, you have to drape yourself over it, to really feel the affects. I roll it up and down my spine and over my shoulder blades, since I have shoulder pain. It's hard for me to do my lower back, since it hurts a lot.
