I was unlucky and had faulty filters. Customer service quickly offered me a refund. I will give them another try.

This product was a complete waste of money. After following the directions on the package ( same as Britta brand ), I found that they did not adequately allow water to filter through. The first of three that I used didn’t work AT ALL; the second one allowed flow-through when I would shake up the filter before filling my Britta pitcher. I’m in the third filter already and have zero expectation that it will work. I’ve never experienced such a faulty product !

I have been using a Brita pitcher for years. My last filter was 4 months old. I bought these, soaked the filter for 5 minutes like I always do and put it in the pitcher. It lasted 3 days before it stopped dripping water thru it. 3 whole days. Not cool. I put in another one and it is dripping again. Let's see how long that will last. Hopefully, I just got ONE bad filter (it happens) and the other two will work. Fingers crossed. I got them delivered quick, so I have NO complains about the seller, just this one faulty filter. If this is the only problem I have today, I am blessed.UPDATE: The second filter stopped working after 3 days. Not even messing with the third one. I would think that this would be a known problem. It can't just be me. Changed from 3 to one star and requesting a refund.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I live in an area where the water must be filtered. This filter makes the water taste like bottled water without troubling the environment. Will purchase again.
