Does this contain fluoride? Any chance someone could upload a picture of the ingredients? I want to use this for polishing my dogs' teeth at home.

Please read the ingredients and run them by your vet if you want to try and adopt a human health product for your dog. This toothpaste and MANY others contains Xlyitol which is extremely toxic to your dog!

How strong is the x course grit?

It's not really that gritty. I have sensitive teeth. And it doesn't bother mine. Hope this helps you decide. It's an Amazing product. I use it monthly.

Are these so abrasive that they rub off enamel permanently?

I don't know, but contrary to David C's answer enamel DOES NOT regrow! http://www.webmd.com/oral-health/features/can-tooth-enamel-grow-back According to my friend whom is a Dental Assistant, be careful to not overheat the tooth, as that can irreversably damage the nerve. The way you use it is with gentle pressure and lifting off the tooth every second or two.

Use every day till your teeth is white and then every other day to keep the stains out! If your a coffee or wine drinker, recommend every other day! To keep the stains off!!
