I only use when absolutely necessa6do to cost. Only functional for 1 or 2 uses.

Affordable and It works
No need to get those expensive mouth guard that the dentist tells you. The really work. Help with easing the ear ache due to me grinding my teeth. Mine last longer than 3 days. I just clean them in the morning 🌄
