The Best Mic Headphone
Cons: It falls down from my head when I look down. The ear is not inside the cup, so the outside noise is not suppressed. The top headband is not having plushy material, so the head will feel a little pain. Low bass. Very costly. Pros: Best Mic. Not compatible for Mac.

Excellent noise cancellation on the mic. The mic literally won’t pick up anything but your voice. That’s what I purchased this product for. It comes with a stand which is also a charger. I feel like 4 stars isn’t fair. I wish I could rate 4.5 stars. But it must be said: the headset itself feels fragile for the price. It isn’t meant for working while traveling.

Rating ★☆☆☆☆ (1 Stars) After extensive research, I chose this premium business headset (approximately $500), expecting top-tier durability and performance, particularly for handling calls clearly from crowded or noisy environments. Initially, it delivered exceptional audio quality. However, after approximately one year of careful, normal daily use in a professional office setting, the headset became unusable due to structural failure. Specifically, the headset broke from side pressure caused by routine wearing for multiple hours daily over the course of a year. While a $50 headset might be expected to last only a year under these conditions, it's unacceptable for a product in this premium price category. As a result, I've revised my rating to 1 stars. Despite its initial excellent performance, the poor durability significantly diminishes its overall value.

this headset is definitely a defective headset one minute when I press the mute button it tells me it’s being muted and unmuted and other times it does not say anything at all when I push the mic up it says it’s being muted but is not muting why would you send someone something that someone else sent back because it was giving them issues

I am a consultant and I have a lot of appointments over the phone, my clients can't hear anything from my background. I have been with my son, TV, music, or a lot of people talking around me and my client hears nothing.

Painful to install and keep operating. Would in no way recommend this product. Currently I have a paper weight.
