I get compliments on these shoes all the time. It's true, they look great, but comfort-wise is a mixed bag. On the one hand, they're the right length and width, and they're exceptionally light, but the sole is the pits. When the person who just gave the compliment inevitably asks "where did you get them?", I always tell them 'don't bother, you wouldn't like them'.The in-sole is very light-weight, and offers no protection from the waffle-style material of the sole/heel. Waffle? Well, if the sole and heel of the shoe were a solid rubber material, it would have added a bit of weight to the shoe, and probably increased the cost a bit. To trim weight, and cost, but still have the same thickness heel, the manufacturer waffled the heel - deep hollows with high, thin ridges . The end result is that you feel the top of the waffles, and the lack of support, every time you take a step.I get it that that waffle thing helps make the shoe very light, and probably cheaper, but I believe the trade-off between lighter shoe and lesser comfort just wasn't worth it. Just wearing these shoes to the office leaves my feet and ankles aching at the end of the day; there's NO WAY I'd put these on when I knew I'd be doing a lot of walking.I do NOT recommend these shoes under any circumstances, unless your only goal is to be complimented on shoes that hurt your feet and ankles.

While the fit/comfort level were very nice... they lasted less than a month. I'm a 67 yr old grampa...wore them indoors yet they began to show HEAVY wear at the toes within 2 weeks where they used a ribbon-like flat stitching to hold the upper to the sole. Take a close look at the pics I posted with this review. Once the ribbon wears through the upper separates from the sole. Would expect a shoe that costs $25-$30 to last longer than 2 weeks... I'm feeling RIPPED OFF. Have found no way to contact Vendor regarding replacement or customer service.

These are excellent shoes. Only had them about 3 weeks, but seem to be durable so far. Extremely comfortable, almost feels like walking barefoot, but with decent protection from rough surfaces. Similar to water shoes. Not really any arch support, but that's not a problem for me. Size was as expected. The open mesh design might be a problem in very cold weather. But because they are so breathable my feet never get hot or sweaty.They are so light that it's almost like they're not there. Ordered a second pair just in case something happens to the first.Oh, and they look pretty good too. I recommend these enthusiastically.

SORRY BUT I NEEDED TO RETURN THIS SHOW. I HAVE THE SAME SHOE IN DIFFERENT COLORS FROM LAST YEAR. I WANTED A GREEN COLORED ONE AS WELL. MY SIZE IS 11 AND THIS SHOW MUST HAVE BEEN SIZED AS A 10. I ATTEMPTED TO INSERT MY FOOT INTO A SHOE AND IT WAS NOT EVEN CLOSE...I WAS GOING TO ORDER THE 12 BUT THEN I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE TOO LARGE. SO I JUST PASSE ON IT. GOT A FULL REFUND SO YOU KNOW THE SELLER IS HONEST

PROS: I liked the lightness, the air circulation, and the debris-resistant sole (pattern did not allow small particles to wedge into sole bottom.)CONS: When looking at the full size chart it says they run a little larger than size says. I found exactly the opposite. I ordered the largest men's size they had which was 13M. After slipping them on my bare foot I immediately noticed they were about 1/2 to a full size too small for me. I cut the leather decoration at very top of shoe and that helped a little but prevented me from sending them back. My decision and I'll live with it. 13M was the largest size this vendor listed but I've seen 13.5 and 14M from others.

I like the lightness and comfort of the shoe. I got a good fit, but I referred to the size chart to determine the size to order. Normally, I wear a size 11. Their ad said order a size smaller, but I ordered a size larger, because the chart said that for a foot of 11 1/4 inches, to order a 12. I ordered a 12, one size larger than normal, and I am glad that I did.

It's a great all around water shoe but, if you wear it in the water, make sure that you dry them off, inside and out, as soon as you are out of the water. I didn't and the next morning the inside cushions fell out when I tried to dry them. After getting them dry (couple of hours), the cushions fit back in and everything was back to normal. If you wear them to the beach, take them off before entering the water. This is a shoe that I will purchase again. It looks good when going out to a restaurant and doing other things, like shopping. They hold up good. I wear a size 9.5 to 10 and I ordered a 10/43 by the sizing chart. It fit good.

The purpose behind buying this shoe was to find something that would let my feet dry out during the evening. Since it is a mesh shoe, it works wonderfully. I was surprised to find that it was basically a flat shoe, with no arch support. Especially, since it was supposedly a walking shoe. So, if you need arch support, then you will have to have an insert for this shoe. The shoe only comes in whole sizes, so it will be quite loose for all us half-sizers. Most important, it is made in China, so maybe you should find a US-made shoe till the nation can dump trump.

Great shoes very comfy just a tad too large but very happy overall
