Easy to swallow capsules and no after taste. I can not say I really noticed a major difference in energy levels or overall health but I wasn’t expecting miracles. I just can not say how effective it was. The ingredients are vegan/plant based and natural. Serving size is 3 capsules daily. One bottle will last a month.

I am using this product for over two months now and I really was skeptical at first but slowly and surely I started to have better energy to complete daily tasks through out the day. I noticed something nice too that I wasn't expecting from the use of this product; my fine wrinkles under my eyes and around my mouth disappeared but I like to mention that they weren't deep or noticeable to begin with. I could see them when I get really close to the mirror but not anymore. I'm not advocating this product as skin supplement but I really feel different the foggy brain is no longer a problem to me I'm more active and I'm loving it. At 46 to have this amount of energy to do things that were impossible 3 months ago is a blessing.
