Wow what a great improvement to my work performance when I travel. I am a Data Analyst and constantly have up to three programs open at one time. Using just the laptop was extremely difficult and slowed my productivity down. switching back and forth. Since I purchased this it is like I am working from my desk when I travel. I will break this down to make it simpler than rambling.1. Picture quality is great, I do not see any color resolution change from my laptop to either monitor and I have not noticed any flickering or adjusting.2. The size is great and the various ways to move the monitors around is very helpful when I travel and find myself with limited space.3. Since I have been using this for the last 6 months I have found what works best for me when traveling. Due to the natural weight of two monitors and the base, I only take one monitor and the base in its carrying case, with me in my backpack. They both fit comfortably with my laptop and gear. I use both monitors when I am working closer to home. I have had so many coworkers see my setup and become jealous, but I gladly show them how great it is and recommend that they buy it themselves.

I travel for my job and using a laptop is a must. I immediately opened Amazon and spent a good while reading reviews of the different brands of laptop screen extenders & I settled on this one.Now I am not that tech savvy so what attracted me was the remark in the product description (or maybe in the reviews I read for it) that this was so easy to use, you just "plug & play." When it arrived, I quickly did just that - didn't even bother with reading the instructions. Much to my surprise (& delight), it was just that easy to do! I was actually looking forward to my next assignment so I could put it to use.Now I don't game, so I can't speak on how good it may be for stuff like that. My job requires me to gather info from a web-based program and then type notes on a Word document and this is perfect for what I do. It made me so happy that it did exactly what I needed it to do. I am glad that I purchased this & I have been on several assignments since getting it and I have experienced zero issues while using itI've been doing this job for 10 years and I still can't believe that I never knew that this even existed and now I can't imagine working without it. It's a real game changer for me!I think it was worth the cost. I selected the black one simply because it was cheaper than the other ones (why I don't know).It came nicely packaged and the monitor has a sturdy carrying case that has a pocket on the side for the cord. It came with a few different cords and I just carry the one I use. The case fits perfectly in my rolling laptop bag. I don't know all the specifics but what I did like about this one is the ability to use it on different sized laptops because it extends on the left & right, hugging the monitor firmly and stays put - so in the event I'm issued a larger laptop in the future, I will still be able to use this (the measurements are listed in the product description). There is a little kickstand that comes out of the back of it which provides a bit more stability than just the grippers on either side of it.At this point, after just weeks of owning it, I would rate it 10/10 for what I need it for. I have had positive comments about it from my co-workers and from other folks who have seen it just passing by me. Lol, it's definitely a conversation starter. I think I was not alone in not knowing these existed because everyone who has seen it seem impressed with it and ask me all kinds of questions about it. I write down the name of it all the time so those curious folks can look it up on Amazon.Most definitely recommend! I will never not be using it because I find it to be an invaluable tool for my job duties.
