The company reached out to me because my case was damaged from the ring and was kind enough to send a replacement. I informed them of the sharp edges on the perimeter of the ring that cuts into the case if you twist it. As for the damage to the case, somehow the threads have filled the gap to a degree and it isn't as glaring as when it first occurred. The case really is scratch resistant in that regard. Hopefully they change the design of the ring in the future.

Solid product. Magnet is strong, but still allows for 3”easy rotation to adjust for comfort or resting position. Hard to pull out metal ring once it is laying flat or flush. It just needs a notch or slot in the ring.

I love the design and great hold of the product
