This is perfect!

Easy to operate and does the job well. I was not aware that I would no ability to control the volume on my headphones when connected to the converter. Apparently the output needs to go something with an amplifier built in before you can do that. I connected the converter to an old analogue amp I have and plugged the headphones into that and now everything works well!

Safe and Quick delivery. Needed this for a headphone connection as my Samsung TV is a tad "dated" Easy installation and works 100% without issue. Most happy to recommend :)

At first item didn't work although I was certain I had installed correctly. Called cust svc and got an agent named Katie. VERY knowledgeable and helpful. It turns out that the optical cable included with item has a small plastic cap on each end that needs to be removed before plugging one end into TV and other end into this item. I have never used an optical cable before and did not know this. Now it works perfectly. I bought the item to convert a new TV output from digital to RCA to use an older set of Sony wireless headphones. Everything works great. This device was a very inexpensive fix for my issue.
