I plugged the laptop in, then powered it up. I started configuring it and then got a message the battery was low and to plug it in. I checked that everything was plugged in, the power brick has a green light on it. I was able to run a diagnostic and it said no charger detected. I took a different laptop, same model but a couple years older and was able to plug it in to the new power cord and was charging. I tried using the old smaller brick, but the new laptop doesn't want to charge. I get no light on the laptop showing charging and now can't turn it on.Amazon's automated return doesn't work, won't let me return it.Additional info, I am having to go back and forth with the seller (the appear to be overseas as their responses are overnight.) They asked me to reset the computer and sent me a video on how to reset Windows. Not sure how that helps when there is no power to the laptop. They asked me for the serial number. I looked it up on Dell's site. The 1 year Dell warranty expires in less than 4 months, so I wouldn't count on having a 1 year warranty.

Creo que la voy a tener que cambiar en un par de años.El peso: no es liviana. Pero es de esperar. Para que sea así de potente, tiene que pesar.Eso hasta ahora. Puedo actualizarlo en unos meses.Pd: el vendedor excelente, el paquete llegó bien cuidado, en la caja de Dell. Y rápido.

For the most part I like my new Dell computer. However, any time I want to use it with the internet I have to uninstall the driver and restart the computer for it to connect to my wireless internet.

I have owned over 20 Dell computers and the reason I kept buying them was their durability, quality of build, and stability. This thing reboots all the time, is not stable, apparently hates Windows 11 Pro, and I keep getting faulty processor messages which are not detectable when running thorough diagnostics. The most UNSTABLE and UNRELIABLE LAPTOP I HAVE EVER OWNED!!

I put this baby through a workout every day and it just laughs and shrugs off everything I throw at it. Embarrassingly large numbers of internet tabs open, while streaming, 3D rendering, and sometimes a little gaming on the side. 8-9 hours every day. Barely ever hear the fan kick on ever, hasn't even used a quarter of it's processing even with 3 screens Worth of processing going on. Love love love it! If you're thinking about it, this model is worth your time and money for sure!

Charger weighed more than the computer. 3 times bigger than any of the15 other PC's I ever owned. Processor speed wasn't any better than an I7 CPU.

I bought this computer thinking it would he one I would have for a long time so I got the 1 year premium support from Dell on it. I've had to reformat it 4 times since I got it because it becomes very unreliable. I did get ahold of Dell. If you look at the specs on here it says it comea with windows 11 pro. Dell will NOT provide you with tech support unless if is running windows 11 home. User be ware. I bought it because it had pro on it and now selling it since what good is it if you buy the best support for it but can't run the version of OS you need and that it came with to get any kind of support.

Constantly crashes and gives me the “blue screen of death” company just ignores my messages.
