No directions to install
Bought because of low price but it took my experienced RV repair man (installed dozens of soft starts) 2-3 hours to install it because it came with NO directions other than referring the purchaser to a video which he could not open because it said it was "private". I could have bought and installed the most expensive for less money. Buy another brand!
