That is nice. The firmness is just right it has a small cooling effect and has good quality.

It's supportive when sleeping on my back, but not as good on my side. (I don't sleep on my belly. ) It's cooling and will fit in a standard pillow case, but putting it in a cotton case takes away the cooling effect. It has armrests that help, but not as much as I'd like. The first night, I had to sleep on the short side b/c it felt like the long side didn't fit my neck size (the distance from the neck roll to the skull hole was too long for my shoulder to crown length), but then in a couple of nights, I guess my muscles had relaxed some b/c the long side has been just fine ever since. So I guess there's an adjustment period. I had been using a tricore pillow for years (also has a well for the cranium and raised sides for side sleeping), but the most recent one was just feeling too unsupportive on my back and too hard on my side. I was nervous about trying memory foam, but I've been generally pleased with this pillow a couple of weeks in. I'm not walking up with headaches anymore (starting from the first night). For reference, I have an inverted cervical curve and chronic muscle issues in the trapezius. I do wish that the hole for the skull was a bit more of a well. If my crown isn't right in it, I can tell. But then, I have a lot of pain around my atlas bone from the changes in my spine - so I might be more sensitive there. Overall, glad I bought it. I'm enjoying it.

I have had neck problems and headaches for years. One morning I woke up and said, Enough! I was desperate. I searched and found this pillow. Usually I hate memory foam. I thought to myself, “this pillow costs about the same as one Chiropractor co-pay. I might as well give it a try.” It arrived the same day. It is not snuggly or soft or plush, but since using it, I have only had a soar neck 2 times out of 15 nights of sleeping. ABSOLUTE GAME CHANGER!!!! It made such a difference I bought one for my daughter who experiences similar neck pain and tightness. I referred it to a colleague. I never write reviews for purchases but had to on this one because I am blown away. Now I take it with me when I travel bc it makes such a noticeable difference.

I should have started using one of these pillows years ago, but my neck is happy I've finally made the change now. This is the type of pillow I think everyone should be sleeping with. It gives your neck support that a regular pillow does not and allows your spine to be in a neutral position for sleep. Gone are the days of waking up with neck kinks for me! My only wish is that I wished the pillow was a little thicker. Because this pillow is memory foam you sink into it...and depending on your mattress type you may be sinking even more.

I am a side sleeper with cerebral palsy, scoliosis, and sciatica. I have spent a lot on different pillows. I have a cube pillow that is OK but just not quite what I needed. This hasn’t cured my neck and back pain but it has certainly helped. I’ve also always had an issue where my ear gets squished when I sleep but with the hole in the center, it has happened less often. And the sides that are made specifically to rest an arm on? A game changer for those of us that wish we could take off our arms to sleep haha. I only took off a point because I feel like , with how thin it is, the memory foam will not last a long time.
